Step 1 of 5

Tell us about your show.

We're going to use this to build every page on your site — episode titles, guest profiles, the homepage, all of it. The more specific you are here, the better your site is going to read.

This becomes your site's brand name, the title tag on every page, and the first thing Google sees.
We use this to personalize recaps and guest bios so they sound like they belong to your show, not a generic template.
This becomes your site's meta description — what shows up under your site name in Google search results. Think of it as your show's elevator pitch to someone who's never heard of you.
This determines your build tier and gives us a scope for the project. Don't worry about being exact — a rough count is fine and we'll verify before we start.

Step 2 of 5

Where does your show live?

We need to know where to pull your episode data from. YouTube is by far the best source — we can get thumbnails, video IDs, descriptions, and timestamps. If you're not on YouTube, your podcast RSS feed works too. Either one is fine.

This is how we pull your actual video thumbnails, embed players, and build timestamp links. If you have a YouTube channel, this is the most important field on this page.

No YouTube channel? Leave this blank — we'll pull from your podcast RSS feed instead.

Your RSS feed is the official record of your episodes — title, date, description, and Spotify/Apple links. If you're not sure where to find it, check your podcast host (Buzzsprout, Anchor, Libsyn, etc.) under "Distribution" or "RSS."

If you're not sure what this is, just leave it blank and we'll figure it out.

We use this to extract episode numbers automatically and build clean, consistent URLs for every episode page. If your titles don't have episode numbers, that's totally fine — just leave it blank.
We use this to extract guest names automatically and build their profile pages without manual entry. If your titles don't follow a pattern, we can handle it another way.
We register and manage the domain — you don't have to touch GoDaddy or DNS settings. If you have ideas, great. If not, we'll suggest a few options based on your show name before anything is registered.

Step 3 of 5

Make it look like yours.

Your index site should feel like an extension of your show — not a generic template. A brand color and a strong tagline go a long way. If you don't have these figured out yet, we can suggest options when we send your demo.

This becomes your site's accent color — buttons, badges, highlights, and hover states. If your show already has a color, use that. If not, pick something that feels right. You can always change it later.
We'll use your logo for the site favicon and nav bar. If you have a file, describe where we can find it (a website link, podcast cover art URL, or just tell us it's on your show's Spotify page and we'll grab it).
This is the one-line statement that lives under your show name on the homepage. The best ones are direct and specific. "Every episode. Every guest. Everything ever mentioned." is our default if you leave this blank — but if your show has a stronger angle, use it.
Every product mentioned across your episodes gets collected on a searchable "Mentioned" page with affiliate links. These categories determine how that page is organized. Pick only what genuinely comes up on your show.

Step 4 of 5

Let's set up your affiliate income.

Every product, book, or tool mentioned on your show gets its own affiliate link on your site. When a listener clicks and buys, the commission goes directly into your account — not ours. The only thing we need is your Amazon Associates tag.

This is a short code (usually your name followed by "-20") that Amazon uses to track your referrals. Every product link on your site includes this tag so every sale is credited to you. If you don't have one yet, you can set it up at affiliate-program.amazon.com — it's free and takes about 10 minutes. We'll walk you through it when we onboard.

No Associates account yet? Leave this blank. We'll help you set one up during onboarding and wire it in before launch. Your links will still be built correctly — we just won't activate them until your tag is ready.

We set up Google Analytics 4 under our managed account and give you view access from day one — so you can see your traffic, top episodes, and where visitors come from. We just need a Google email address to share access with. Any Gmail address works.

No Google account? We'll set up GA4 and you can access it through a Google account whenever you're ready. Your traffic is tracked from day one regardless.

Some shows have sponsor pages, Patreon links, merch stores, or their own products. If you want these featured anywhere on your site — we can work them in.

Step 5 of 5

One last thing.

Based on your episode count, here's your build fee. The monthly maintenance keeps everything running — new episodes published overnight, new guest profiles added, new products added to your mentioned page, hosting included.
